arts department receives $2,000 grant

A very special Tito the Tiger ‘Thank You’ to an anonymous SHS Boosters member who recently donated $2,000 to the Stadium Arts Department. Coordinating with the Art teachers, the Boosters set right out to order much-needed art equipment and supplies. In late January, the SHS Boosters delivered soldering supplies, 2 cameras, & copper tape. More print-making supplies have been ordered and should be delivered to Stadium soon. Stadium is one of the only high schools in Tacoma with a glass art program and several other extensive art class programming.
